  • 1 cup plain yogurt

  • 1 teaspoon or more finely chopped fresh green chili pepper

  • ¼ teaspoon ground cumin

  • Salt to taste

  • White pepper to taste

    Peel cucumber and cut it in half lengthwise. Scrape out seeds.

    Cut cucumber into ¼-inch slices. Stack slices and cut them into ¼-inch strips. Cut strips into ¼-inch cubes.
