  • 4 cups water

  • 2 cups fresh-squeezed lemon juice

  • Juice of 2 medium-size oranges

  • ½ cup granulated sugar

  • ¾ cup dark rum

  • 8 thin lemon or orange slices

  • Cloves (optional)

Preparation

  1. Step 1

    In a saucepan, mix water, lemon juice, orange juice, sugar and rum. Heat to just below boiling point.
