  • 1 ounce Apry liqueur

  • Sprigs of young mint

  • 2 ounces bourbon

  • Crushed ice

Preparation

  1. Step 1

    Pour the Apry into a highball glass, add 3 or 4 small mint leaves and muddle.

  2. Step 2

    Add the bourbon and fill glass with crushed ice.

  3. Step 3

    Stir until frost forms on outside of glass, and garnish with 3 or 4 mint sprigs. Serve with two straws.
