Ingredients

Yield:About 1 cup
  • ¾ cup drained soft or silken tofu

  • ⅓ cup olive oil

  • 2 tablespoons favorite mayonnaise

  • 2 garlic cloves, peeled

  • 4 teaspoons fresh lemon juice or a vinegar you like

  • 2 teaspoons Dijon mustard

  • Salt, ground black pepper and cayenne to taste

    In a blender, combine tofu, olive oil and mayo and process until smooth.
