Ingredients
Yield:1 serving
FOR THE SALAD
1 cup chopped lettuce
¼ cup sliced Thai Grilled Beef (see recipe)
⅛ teaspoon salt
2 tablespoons Lemongrass Dressing (see recipe)
FOR THE GARNISH
1 tablespoon sliced red onion
1 tablespoon sliced red bell pepper
1 teaspoon sliced celery
1 teaspoon ground toasted rice
3 leaves fresh mint
Preparation
- Step 1
Arrange the lettuce on a plate and top with the beef. Sprinkle with the salt and drizzle with the dressing. Garnish with the vegetables, ground rice and mint. Serve with Green Rice (see recipe).
