Easy! We put a few seeds in each glass and munched on them while we sipped. Lovely.
Used the wooden-spoon-whacking method to seed pomegranate.

My husband made the first batch and I suspect he omitted the sugar, because it wasn't sweet in the least. Strained out the seeds and made festive pomegranate G&Ts over the holiday. Pretty and refreshing.

Like someone else mentioned, this turned out a little sweet for my taste so I'll probably use less sugar next time. Nice flavor though. Strained into a nice bottle, it made a festive holiday gift for a friend. We enjoyed with soda water, a squeeze of lemon juice, and a sprig of fresh rosemary.

Easy to do and amazingly delicious!!! My second batch is doing it's thing right now!!
