Really refreshing! A nice non-alcoholic drink for summer. The lime, tonic and bitters make it not too sweet, and the pomegranate juice adds a lovely color.

We tried this with regular tonic and with ginger beer and all of us agreed it was better with ginger beer, but good either way.

Absolutely a delicious mocktail. The taste is wonderful. You don't miss the alcohol at all.

Very good stand-on-its-own drink. Used Fever Tree Med & Pom Cherry (all we had in fridge) and will make again with regular Pom. It's January and 27F with snow on the way and this is a very cheerful glass.

We made this tonight, exactly as written. It’s wonderful. It reminds me of a Negroni and it’s MUCH easier to make than the other mock Negroni recipe on the NYT Cooking app. This is a keeper. I will try it with cranberry juice next time.
