Ingredients
Yield:2 cups
2 cups drained canned tomatillos (Mexican green tomatoes)
1 medium onion, coarsely chopped
1 tablespoon finely chopped jalapeno pepper
¼ cup (packed) fresh coriander leaves
2 tablespoons fresh lime juice
Salt to taste
Preparation
- Step 1
Combine all the ingredients in a food processor and process until finely chopped but not a smooth puree.
- Step 2
Transfer to a bowl and serve with fish cakes.
