  • 2 cups drained canned tomatillos (Mexican green tomatoes)

  • 1 medium onion, coarsely chopped

  • 1 tablespoon finely chopped jalapeno pepper

  • ¼ cup (packed) fresh coriander leaves

  • 2 tablespoons fresh lime juice

  • Salt to taste
