  • 2 stalks lemongrass

  • 4 makrut lime leaves

  • 1 ounce simple syrup

  • 1 ounce fresh lemon juice

  • 1 (3-inch) piece fresh lemongrass

I infused the vodka and just mix it with tonic (Fever Tree is my favorite). Great flavor! Don't even try the commercial versions of lemongrass or kaffir lime vodka. They are VILE!
