Ingredients

  • ¼ ounce dark purple grape juice

  • ¼ ounce grappa (Café Gray uses Nonino Merlot grappa)

  • 4 ½ ounces Vouvray Foreau, sparkling white wine or Champagne

  • Small bunch Champagne grapes

  • 1 tablespoon superfine sugar

Preparation

  1. Step 1

    Stir first two ingredients in a Champagne flute and top off with chilled sparkling wine. Garnish with grapes dusted in sugar, hung on the side of the glass.
