Ingredients
¼ ounce dark purple grape juice
¼ ounce grappa (Café Gray uses Nonino Merlot grappa)
4 ½ ounces Vouvray Foreau, sparkling white wine or Champagne
Small bunch Champagne grapes
1 tablespoon superfine sugar
Preparation
- Step 1
Stir first two ingredients in a Champagne flute and top off with chilled sparkling wine. Garnish with grapes dusted in sugar, hung on the side of the glass.

I love this cocktail. I use more grape juice and less champagne . I seldom add sugar .
