Ingredients
Yield:1 serving
1 ½ ounces Zubrowka Bison Grass vodka
½ ounce Cynar
½ ounce simple syrup
One sprig fresh mint
Champagne, for topping
Preparation
- Step 1
Combine all ingredients except Champagne in a cocktail shaker with ice. Shake vigorously, then strain into a chilled cocktail glass and top with Champagne.
