Ingredients
Yield:1 serving
1 ½ ounces mezcal
¾ ounce freshly squeezed lime juice
¾ ounce pineapple gum syrup (see note)
Preparation
- Step 1
Combine the ingredients with ice in a shaker, and shake. Strain into a chilled cocktail glass and serve.

These go down dangerously easily. I've found them very popular with guests who are new to mixed drinks and don't have a favorite; if you're a fan of complex, subtle, dry cocktails, don't bother.
