  • 1 teaspoon of simple syrup

  • 4 dashes of orange bitters

  • White of one egg

  • 1 ounce of soda water

  • Orange slice for garnish

    Place all the ingredients except the soda water and orange slice in a cocktail shaker filled with ice. Shake until the egg white froths. Pour into a collins glass filled with ice. Top with soda water and garnish with a slice of orange.

Forgot to buy gin from the store, so I made this with the genever I had at hand instead. Worked quite well actually.
