Ingredients
Yield:1 serving
½ ounce dry vermouth
½ ounce fresh or Rose's lime
1 ounce Chambord
5 ounces Champagne
Dash or 2 of maraschino cherry juice
Dash of bitters
Maraschino cherry
Preparation
- Step 1
Chill 7-ounce Champagne glass. Rinse glass with the vermouth (save the vermouth). Add lime juice and Chambord.
- Step 2
Fill glass with Champagne of choice. Top with reserved vermouth, cherry juice and bitters. Garnish with cherry.
